Our friends had one of those rooms and although not greatly affected they did find the noise a bit intrusive We were fine as our room overlooked their small, quiet terraced area. Breakfast with several options at 16€) Personnel kind and helpul. The Mercure Hotel is located near the beach opposite the Casino. We pulled it out and opened the window, but it stayed in the room and the bedsheets. The staff speaks multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French.
